Project and Risk Management Systems (Saint Lucia)

Project financed by a Green Climate Fund (GCF) readiness grant by to Saint Lucia through the Caribbean Community Climate Change Center (5Cs) in order to address accreditation gaps of the Saint Lucia Development Bank’s application.

The purpose of the project was to close gaps in internal control, risk management, and project preparation and management, with the objective of equipping the entity with tools to formulate and manage GCF projects. Two frameworks that included policies, manuals, and procedures were provided to the entity. The frameworks were complemented with training in various operational areas of the entity.
