Implementation of an Environmental and Social Risk Analysis System for the Productive Development Bank of Bolivia (BDP S.A.M.).
An Environmental and Social Sustainability Policy was provided that assigned new responsibilities, improved internal capacities, and established a modern environmental and social management system. This upgraded system allows for environmental and social risks to be categorized effectively.
These tools provide a solid framework to ensure compliance with environmental and social requirements in projects financed by the institution. With these improvements, the Bank is strengthening its capacity to adequately manage environmental and social risks, thus ensuring a more sustainable operation.
