GCF Accreditation Application Review (Regional)
List of prioritized regional/national investment projects aligned with GCF country programming and participating countries’ NDC process.
As part of a regional initiative, a technical report was prepared that presents a prioritized list of investment projects and programs with climate finance potential in Argentina, Cuba, Guatemala, Paraguay, Dominican Republic and Uruguay.
The document identifies existing initiatives or those in the formulation stage that are aligned with the national programming of the Green Climate Fund (GCF) and with the priorities established in the Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) of each country. This investment pipeline seeks to facilitate regional coordination, improve access to climate finance and contribute to the fulfillment of national climate commitments in strategic sectors.
