Financial Management System for MARENA (Nicaragua)
Policies, manual, and management systems
The project focused on supporting MARENA in its pursuit of accreditation with the Green Climate Fund (GCF), with a primary focus on strengthening its financial management systems to ensure adequate and transparent control of financial resources.
Specialized workshops were also provided to MARENA members with the objective of providing a comprehensive understanding and effective implementation of the procedures and policies designed to strengthen financial capacities.
